  • Key Issues

    Let's talk more about it:

    Balanced Budget...

    Proven Stewardship

The first priority of the commission has to be keeping a balanced budget while properly funding the departments and programs that make the county work. I served as the treasurer of the county for 8 years and I understand what it takes to be a good steward of your tax dollars, while keeping up with the changes our county faces.

Furthermore, I believe transparency is pertinent to our citizens regarding the county's financial records. I will implement and support, as your commissioner, to register with West Virginia checkbook - sponsored by the WV Auditor's Office @www.wvcheckbook.gov. This program provides all of us as taxpayers facts about our spending dollars.

    Infrastructure Improvement...

    Investment in Our Families Future

We have a once in a generation opportunity to use the millions of dollars we will be receiving from the federal government to make sure all of Putnam County has adequate water, sewer, and broadband.

I will ensure the projects we support are fair to all parts of the county and used responsibly to make sure we're investing in a place that will keep our families here at home and not see our children leaving at their first opportunity.

    Increase Grant Funding...

    Expanding Opportunities

The County Commission supports several programs throughout the county with grants. Many of these programs need more money to continue to deliver the services that tax payers and children rely on.

As funding to the county has increased from state and federal sources we have to double-down on priority programs in key areas and increase those funds to provide the same opportunities for every resident of the county.

Why should you vote for me...

Here are just a few reasons:

    1. Lifelong resident of

    Putnam County...

    2. Over 30+ years of Law Enforcement experience, NO ONE knows this county better than I do...

    3. I am the only "VETERAN" ...

    4. I will be a FULL TIME County Commissioner...

    5. PROVEN LEADER and STRONG Conservative...
